It's literally Magic: The Gathering for retards, plus a dumbass random chance system for drawing the cards that you will be playing with (which seems to be biased towards picking your shittiest cards, unless you ensure that every card in your 22 card initial line-up is elite tier), even though your opponents get to have the same high-level cards every time.
