Russia Rejects Israeli Demand To Keep Iranian Advisors Away from Golan Heights Reader 07/15/2018 (Sun) 10:09:06 Id: 5e0c12 [Preview] No. 11005 [Reply] [Last 50 Posts]
Russia has reportedly rejected an Israeli demand to keep Iranian military advisors away from the occupied Golan Heights.

Israel's Ynetnews website reported on Friday that Moscow had so far turned down the Israeli request to remove Iranian advisors to within 80 kilometers from Golan.

Earlier this week, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu held a private meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin in Moscow.

The Israeli premier said Tel Aviv "won’t take action against" the government of Syrian President Bashar al-Assad and urged Moscow to "get the Iranians out,” Reuters quoted Netanyahu as telling Putin in the meeting.

Separately, Israeli minister of military affairs threatened to act against what he called "Iranian entrenchment in Syria".

“Regarding a retreat to 40 kilometers or 80 kilometers, it doesn’t matter…the moment we see Iranian presence, we take action, and that is how it will continue,” Avigdor Lieberman said.

However, Ali Akbar Velayati, a senior adviser to Leader of Iran's Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei, stressed that Iran would not leave Syria in the face of US threats.

"We will only leave this country when Syrian officials tell Iran that they no longer need our military advice," he said in an address to the Valdai Discussion Club in Moscow.

Over the past few weeks, Syrian forces have been making sweeping gains against foreign-backed Takfiri terrorists in Syria's southern Dara'a Province which lies adjacent to the Golan Heights.

Whats really good is all they need to do is take back the Golan Heights area (which they are in the midst of doing already) and they will have fully liberated Syria. But Assad best immediately build heavy duty border protection soon after that because those kikes and their lapdogs in the USSA and Eurabia will try another day, and if the borders are open and not defended, then this whole crisis will take place again within the next decade.

De-Dollarization Continues As Chinese Refiner Replaces US Imports With Iranian Crude Reader 07/16/2018 (Mon) 11:26:34 Id: 451452 [Preview] No. 11018 [Reply] [Last 50 Posts]
An independent Chinese refiner has suspended crude oil purchases from the United States and has now turned to Iran as one of its sources of crude, media reports cited an official from the refiner, Dongming Petrochemical Group, as saying.

The source said Beijing is planning to slap tariffs on US crude oil imports and replace them with West African and Middle Eastern crude, including crude from Iran, Oil Price reported. China has already said that it will not comply with US sanctions against Iran and it seems to be the only country for now in a position to do this.

US crude oil exports to China reached 400,000 barrels per day at the beginning of this month, but now Beijing is planning to impose a 25% tariff on these as part of its retaliation for Trump’s latest round of tariffs on $34 billion worth of Chinese goods. The retaliation began with tariffs on 545 US goods worth another $34 billion, but Reuters reports that oil tariffs will be announced at a later date.

Energy analysts seem to believe that these oil tariffs are more or less a certainty, and now expect a reshuffle of crude oil imports to Asia. With China turning to Iran for its crude, US oil could start flowing in greater amounts to another leading importer in the region, South Korea.

“If China retaliates with tariffs on US crude, that could improve South Korea’s terms of buying US crude ... because the US would need a market to sell to,” an analyst from the Korea Energy Economic Institute said.

Meanwhile, South Korea’s Embassy in Iran this weekend rejected media reports that the country had suspended oil purchases from Iran under pressure from the United States.

The US has pressed South Korea and some other nations to cut down its purchase of Iranian oil to zero or face so-called secondary sanctions. The deadline is Nov. 4 when the 180-day grace period ends.

In May, the US announced its exit from the 2015 nuclear agreement with Iran, formally dubbed the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action, and plans to reinstate harsh sanctions on the OPEC member.

The country is the third-biggest buyer of Iranian crude in Asia, buying Iranian crude at an average daily rate of almost 300,000 barrels since March this year.

Russia Plans $50 Billion Investment In Iran's Oil, Gas Industry Reader 07/15/2018 (Sun) 23:03:50 Id: 08d205 [Preview] No. 11014 [Reply] [Last 50 Posts]
Russia is getting ready to invest US$50 billion in Iran’s oil and gas industry as the two countries continue to seek closer ties, just as the United States is looking to cut as much Iranian crude oil exports from the market as possible.

“Russia is ready to invest $50bn in Iran’s oil and gas sectors,” according to Ali Akbar Velayati, Senior Adviser for International Affairs of the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Republic, as carried by the Financial Times.

Velayati was on a visit to Moscow that included a meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin.

“Military and technical co-operation with Russia is of major importance to Iran,” FT quoted Velayati as saying.

“The discussion focused on Russian-Iranian cooperation issues as well as the situation in the region, including developments in Syria. The parties reaffirmed their commitment to the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action on Iran’s Nuclear Deal (JCPOA),” the Kremlin said in a brief statement on the meeting on Thursday.

According to the Iranian official, a Russian oil company has signed an agreement with Iran worth US$4 billion, and that deal “will be implemented soon.”

Russian energy giants Rosneft and Gazprom have also started talks with the oil ministry of Iran to potentially sign deals worth up to US$10 billion, the Iranian adviser said, while a Russian government official confirmed to FT Russia’s US$50-billion investment plans.

Earlier this year, a local Iranian company, Dana Energy, in a consortium led by Russia’s Zarubezhneft, signed an agreement with the National Iranian Oil Company (NIOC) to redevelop the Aban and West Paydar oilfields, with total capex estimated at around US$740 million.

Separately, Russia’s Energy Minister Alexander Novak said on Friday that Russia was studying all legal implications for a possible deal with Iran under which Moscow would provide goods to Tehran in exchange for oil. Such a deal is still possible, Novak said.

Good! After Nationists Won Austria Election, Govt Has Deported 6,000 Migrants So Far This Year Reader 07/13/2018 (Fri) 20:09:36 Id: 2b98d8 [Preview] No. 10975 [Reply] [Last 50 Posts]
The world’s youngest leader, Austrian chancellor Sebastian Kurz, has become the first to deport a staggering 6,096 in the last 7 months.

Statistics shows that Kurz has made history by deporting the largest volume of immigrants than any other world leader before him.

Österreichische Tageszeitung reports: https://archive.fo/VVEqG

The statistics:

6,096 foreigners were taken out of the country in the first half of the year.
2,106 were forcibly deported – that is a year-on-year increase of 38%.
2,582 voluntarily left – that’s 4% more.

All in all, 4,688 people had to leave – 17% more than in 2017.

The rigorous deportations are a result of the new asylum policy of Interior Minister Herbert Kickl of the Freedom Party (FPÖ), since his announcement that he wanted to create a “completely new asylum policy”.

Kickl is satisfied: “The significantly increased numbers of deportations show that, unfortunately in too many cases, the rejected asylum seekers are not cooperative “.

Good! Feds Disrupt Multiple Human Traffickers in El Paso-Juárez Metro Border Area Reader 07/14/2018 (Sat) 18:50:21 Id: 90cbbb [Preview] No. 10996 [Reply] [Last 50 Posts]
Federal agents teamed up in the El Paso-Juárez Metropolitan Border Area to disrupt cartel-connected human smuggling operations throughout the month of June. The operation led to the arrests of human smugglers, 117 illegal aliens, and the seizure of cash, vehicles, and drugs.

Homeland Security Investigation (HSI) agents and Border Patrol agents assigned to the Border Enforcement Security Taskforce (BEST) carried out numerous operations against human smugglers in the El Paso-Juárez Metropolitan Border Area in a month-long effort to crack down on human smuggling. The BEST agents raided multiple human smuggling stash houses and arrested two U.S. citizens for human smuggling activities, according to information obtained by Breitbart Texas from U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) officials.

“We remain steadfast in our commitment to vigorously pursue members of transnational criminal networks that exploit and endanger people they smuggle into our country,” Jack P. Staton, special agent in charge of HSI El Paso, said in a written statement. “These smugglers are driven by human greed and heartlessness. HSI will continue to work with our law enforcement partners, such as Border Patrol, to maintain the integrity of our border and nation’s immigration laws.”

During the operation, agents arrested 42-year-old Elias Serrano and 25-year-old Jesus Briseno, both U.S. citizens, on charges of human smuggling officials reported. Serrano has previous convictions for aggravated stalking, kidnapping, possessing a deadly weapon, and possession of marijuana with intent to distribute.

Briseno also has a criminal history that includes convictions for escape from custody, possession of marijuana, assault causing bodily injury to a family member, and driving while intoxicated, officials said.

BEST agents arrested 117 illegal aliens during the month-long operation. Some of those arrested included aliens with criminal histories, connection to Mexican drug cartels, fraud, child endangerment, driving while intoxicated, and illegally re-entering the U.S. following removal.

The illegal aliens arrested in three stash house raids reportedly came to the U.S. from Mexico (93), Guatemala (12), Honduras (6), Brazil (3), and Peru (1), officials reported.

“This is a great example of the dedication and cooperation amongst area law enforcement agencies working towards the shared goals of securing our borders, protecting our local communities and our nation,” El Paso Sector Deputy Chief Patrol Agent Chris T. Clem concluded.

Dianne Feinstein Loses California Democratic Party Endorsement To Grassroots Commie Reader 07/15/2018 (Sun) 16:28:32 Id: b04247 [Preview] No. 11009 [Reply] [Last 50 Posts]
The wave of far-left and socialist candidates triumphing over long-serving establishment figures continued Saturday night as former California state senate leader Kevin de Leon defeated Sen. Dianne Feinstein for the endorsement of the state Democratic Party, according to the Los Angeles Times. By winning, De Leon joins Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez and a handful of other left-wing candidates, many of whom were endorsed by the Democratic Socialists of America, in a wave of victories that are pushing the Democrats further and further left ahead of the 2018 midterms.

Ocasio-Cortez, a Latina "girl from the Bronx" (who spent most of her childhood in wealthy Westchester County), defeated longtime Queens Rep. Joe Crowley during a Democratic primary last month. Crowley, the chairman of the Congressional Democratic Caucus, was reportedly a contender to succeed Nancy Pelosi in the party leadership.

Roughly 65% of the 330 state party executive board members voted for de Leon, a lawmaker from Los Angeles. Feinstein, who had pushed the party leaders meeting in Oakland this weekend not to endorse any candidate after realizing that the party was drifting toward her opponent, received a meager 7% of the vote, while 28% voted for "no endorsement."

While the endorsement is certainly an important victory for de Leon, it's unclear whether it will have a major impact on the general election, according to the LAT.

Feinstein destroyed De León in the June primary, winning every county and finishing in first place with 44% of the vote, a clear plurality. De León finished far behind, with just 12%. But that was enough to qualify him for a spot on the ballot in the November election under the state’s top-two primary system. And the party endorsement will allow de Leon to receive potentially hundreds of thousands of dollars in campaign money, as well as organizing assistance from the state party.

"We have presented Californians with the first real alternative to the worn-out Washington playbook in a quarter-century," De León said in a statement shortly after the endorsement was announced.

Party members who voted for de Leon over Feinstein said they wanted to "send a message" - even though he has little chance of winning in November.

Lynne Standard-Nightengale, a member of the Amador County Democratic Central Committee, said she supported De León even though she realizes he has almost no chance of beating Feinstein. She said she wanted to send a message.

"I just think we need a younger, progressive person there," she said. "The Democratic Party in California has moved to the left, and he personifies those values."

Comical: Lefty Britcucked Media Rages In Tantrum Over Trump Breaking Traditional Rules When Meeting The Queen Reader 07/14/2018 (Sat) 17:12:23 Id: 4b8691 [Preview] No. 10993 [Reply] [Last 50 Posts]
Trump breaks protocol during Royal visit up to THREE times as he keeps Queen waiting 12 minutes, fails to bow and walks in front of her… causing her to shoo him out the way.

Trump repeatedly breached royal protocol during his meeting with the Queen

The president left the 92-year-old monarch waiting for between 12 and 15 in the 80 degree F heat when he was late for their meeting on Friday.

The American leader then broke with tradition by refusing to bow to the Queen, instead greeting her with a handshake. First lady Melania also proffered a handshake over a curtsy.

The president's biggest faux pas came when he was invited to join the Queen to inspect the guard of honor, Trump turned his back on the monarch and marched ahead of her as they walked past the troops - in what was a "serious breach of protocol."

The gaffes were quickly picked up on social media, where he was slammed for being 'rude' and 'disrespectful.'

Indeed, I remember Obama who was slightly frosty with the brits in some ways, questioned the special relationship, I think he sent back a gift from Winston Churchill from years ago. Even then he got shit from the American media in some places BECAUSE he bowed. Here Trump does this, and cause of who he is you really can't tell if he's doing it purposefully or if he's such an oblivious and self-important asshole that he really doesn't care about the niceties or social mores of meeting with royalty.

It's great to be honest, America isn't Canada or Australia so why should our head of state act subserviently to them is beyond me. I do get it's tradition and whatnot but the times don't really call for coddling up to Britain.

Same with many leftists in America. The states they take control over become completely insolvent and taxes increase routinely, property becomes way to expensive, poverty rises, freedoms get taken away piece by piece until there are none left what-so-ever (we call them "no fun laws"), crime skyrockets and then guess what? The leftists end up fleeing to the conservative states and DENY that their vote records have caused the wreckage of their "liberal utopias" from which they fled. In other words, they can't smell their own shit while radically accusing us of being "backwards" and how we need to be more like them. Oh suuuuuure! I would love my state to charge $2,000,000 for an average American middle class home, or have to move into a single room apartment while paying $4,000 per month! Yah, sounds so damn progressive yeeeeeey! I would love to become a criminal simply for owning a gun to defend myself! I would love to celebrate the 4th of July with a pack of sparklers because after all real men should be treated like a bunch of children by the state! Raise my taxes every year, I'd love it! Force regulations where Big Tech monopolies can install their spyware on my own property, charge me for it, and steal all my data for to sell for THEIR own profits! Sounds like a wonderful utopia! How trendy!

I can't stand these people anymore, they are going to drive this country into another bloody civil war, watch.

Russian Government Drafting Policy To Block Access To Online P2P Software Reader 07/15/2018 (Sun) 15:59:03 Id: 597193 [Preview] No. 11007 [Reply] [Last 50 Posts]
P2P Software Backups: >>>/endtimes/39

Russia's State Duma has adopted a draft law that aims to tackle software applications through which pirated content is distributed. The proposals foresee the owner or operator of an application being warned that infringement is taking place while giving them time to remove the offending content. Failure to do so will result in the software application being blocked by ISPs.

At the turn of the century, most online piracy was carried out using software applications. With their inbuilt search features, tools such as KaZaA and eDonkey were all the rage.

With the advent of BitTorrent, however, a dual approach was required. While the file transfers themselves still took place in torrent clients, the .torrent files (which contain instructions on where to obtain content) had to be downloaded from indexing sites such as The Pirate Bay.

These days that same system is still used by millions but pure web-based streaming platforms are also extremely popular. Alongside, there’s also a huge selection of software applications, many of them designed for mobile devices, that either utilize existing web resources or have their own infrastructure to supply content.

Thus far, tackling these tools hasn’t proven easy. Kodi-based tools, Popcorn Time, Terrarium TV, Showbox and many other platforms are still going great guns, despite several efforts to bring them down. Over in Russia, however, the authorities believe that new legislation will bring about the desired result.

This week the State Duma, the lower house of the Russian parliament, adopted in the first reading a draft law that will give authorities power to prohibit access to software applications through which pirated content is being distributed.

The draft is an amendment to anti-piracy legislation which currently refers to potentially infringing sites as “information resources”. The draft introduces the term “software application” which could refer to desktop software but is mainly directed at apps running on mobile devices including phones, tablets or set-top box variants.

The current draft envisions rightsholders filing complaints with telecoms watchdog Roscomnadzor when copyright-infringing content is being made available through a particular piece of software. It’s then for Roscomnadzor to identify the owner of the software application and instruct him to remove the content in question. If that fails to take place, local ISPs will be ordered to render the software inaccessible.

Good! Civil Liberty Groups Sue Commifornia Over Flawed, Unconstitutional Gun Laws Reader 07/14/2018 (Sat) 19:49:27 Id: 59a4b1 [Preview] No. 10999 [Reply] [Last 50 Posts]
Four gun-rights groups sued the state of California on Wednesday over the failed implementation of an online registration system they claim has left certain gun owners unable to comply with the state's new assault weapons restrictions through no fault of their own.

The Second Amendment Foundation, the Calguns Foundation, the Firearms Policy Coalition, and the Firearms Policy Foundation filed suit alongside three California citizens against the California Department of Justice and Attorney General Xavier Becerra. They claim that California's online gun registration system, the California Firearms Application Reporting System, has not worked properly since its inception and did not work at all in the lead up to the registration deadline set for certain rifles. Further, they claim that the state was aware of the problems with the system.

"We're suing because California DOJ’s Firearms Application Reporting System (CFARS) broke down during the deadline week for people to register their firearms in accordance with new state laws," Alan Gottlieb, Second Amendment Foundation founder, said. "For a whole week the system was largely inaccessible. People who wanted to comply with the law simply couldn’t and now they face becoming criminals because they couldn’t do what the law requires."

"It’s like a bad version of Catch-22," Gottlieb said. "The government required registration by the deadline, but the online registration failed, and people couldn’t register. They’re required to obey the law, but the system broke down, making it impossible to obey the law. Now these people face the possibility of being prosecuted. We simply cannot abide that kind of incompetence."

The plaintiffs said hundreds of thousands of gun owners could be affected by the registry failure and potentially turned into criminals. They are asking that Californians be allowed to register their eligible firearms without being held responsible for missing the deadline due to the registry malfunctions.

"Many people, including our clients, did everything they could to comply with the law and avoid criminal liability," George Lee, an attorney for the plaintiffs, said. "They used updated web browsers, hardware, different devices, and even did internet speed tests to make sure it wasn’t a problem on their end. The DOJ’s crashed system is a reflection of their cascading failures to build a system and allow people to register their guns before July 1 if that’s what they wanted to do."

"Attorney General Xavier Becerra seems to care about everything but the Constitution, the rule of law, and law-abiding California gun owners," Brandon Combs, Firearms Policy Coalition president, said. "If Becerra spent as much time doing his job as he does talking about his pet crusades against the federal government, hundreds of thousands of Californians would not be in legal jeopardy right now."
