Oy Vey! Netanyahu's Wife Arrested For Fraud Reader 06/21/2018 (Thu) 11:22:42 Id: 428f8b [Preview] No. 10474 [Reply] [Last 50 Posts]
Attorney-General Avichai Mandelblit charged the prime minister’s wife, Sara Netanyahu, for fraud with aggravated circumstances and breach of public trust in the “Prepared Food Affair,” in an explosive development which shook the country on Thursday.

When Leah Rabin was about to be indicted in 1977, then-prime minister Yitzhak Rabin resigned from office due to his wife’s scandal.

The expectation is that Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is not considering such a move, but the indictment damages him politically in an atmosphere in which The Jerusalem Post recently reported that he too is likely to face an indictment announcement in the coming months or in early 2019.

Though the Post had learned about two weeks ago that an indictment would likely be coming down soon, there were continuous efforts to reach a plea bargain right down to the end, which left things up in the air and created an ongoing drama.

Other media had also reported in recent months that the actual indictment could be filed shortly after the Passover holiday in May, but then Netanyahu’s defense lawyers approached Mandelblit with a dramatic offer.

They offered to return some of the funds Netanyahu is accused of obtaining fraudulently and to take public responsibility, as long as she would not be slapped with any kind of criminal record.

Ultimately, despite media reports that a deal might be near, the Post’s sources proved correct that no deal was reached, leading to an indictment.

The indictment was also delayed from May until now following Nir Hefetz, a former close adviser to the Netanyahu family, providing new evidence against Sara Netanyahu. Although Hefetz is primarily a state’s witness against the prime minister for Case 4000 the Bezeq-Walla! Affair, he also provided material against Sara.

A pre-indictment hearing in January, where Sara Netanyahu’s lawyers asked Mandelblit to reverse his preliminary decision in September 2017 to indict her, also had failed to sway him.

Common Sense To Prevail? Merkel Likely To Cave On Amnesty Crisis Issue, Beef Up Border Security Reader 06/19/2018 (Tue) 17:06:06 Id: 9a75d6 [Preview] No. 10434 [Reply] [Last 50 Posts]

With her coalition government bitterly split over the migration issue, Angela Merkel is ready to work jointly with Italy to stem the tide of refugees flowing into Europe.

“We want to support Italy’s desire for solidarity, and also hope that Germany receives understanding when it comes to European solidarity on the question of migration,” Merkel said when meeting Italy’s new Prime Minister Giuseppe Conte in Berlin on Monday.

The two agreed to beef up the EU’s external border police, Frontex, and cooperate with international organizations to deal with the root causes of migration in Africa and the Middle East.

Merkel and Conte also agreed that people seeking asylum in Europe should have their applications processed in their own or transit countries before they are allowed to enter the EU.

Italy, who is bearing the brunt of the burden of handling the wave of migrants arriving from North Africa and the Middle East, wants other EU countries to assume part of this burden.

“The Italian borders are European borders,” Giuseppe Conte said.

Conte, who was visiting Germany for the first time since assuming office on June 1, said Italy wanted changes to EU immigration rules to ensure other member-states share the onus of handling refugees.

Current rules stipulate that refugees need to register their asylum application in the first EU country they arrive in.

>I would like to see a Nationalist party elected in Germany.

Be patient and pray to see it happen. It just may someday if the AfD party ever tops the election results and can form a like-minded coalition. Merkel is desperate right now just to keep her coalition going, so much so that she is willing to compromise on border security and limiting migrant influx so that alone is a sign that people are getting fed up and tired of her bullshit.

I think a lot of people would love to see that cunt hang but lets be serious, outside some wild lucky incident where she gets snipped by a disgruntled German secret service man, I don't see it happening anytime soon. The most likelihood of her downfall will be retirement from her horrific career.

Depends on what you consider to be a German. A Muslim may very well kill the stupid bitch. Germany is clearly infested with Muslim and African immigrants, as media shills of their country insist "those are Germans". Even when born in Germany, they're not German. Only ethnic people of every nation belong to that nation. More than closing borders, all immigrants need to be expelled.

Reader 06/20/2018 (Wed) 20:50:56 Id: 2bcd58 [Preview] No.10469 del
I agree the migrants need to be expelled but that won't happen until the AfD (or some other nationalist party) in Germany gets a majority and forms a coalition. People often tell others "oh don't vote, your just wasting your time (blah blah)" when in reality that is exactly how people are mostly likely able to throw leaders like Merkel out of office and replace them. More leaders have been thrown out peacefully by the ballot box than actually assassinated in the last 100 years [exclude state-run regime change operations that may have involved "kill lists" of-course].

Global Markets Tumble As Trade War Fears Spike, DOW Crashes, China Markets Crash Too Reader 06/19/2018 (Tue) 14:15:16 Id: 85afba [Preview] No. 10430 [Reply] [Last 50 Posts]
Stocks fell sharply on Tuesday after President Donald Trump's latest threat to China increased fears of an impending trade war between the world's largest economies.

The Dow Jones industrial average fell 374 points, with Boeing and Caterpillar as the worst-performing stocks in the index. The 30-stock index also erased all of its gains for the year.

The S&P 500 dropped 1 percent, with materials, industrials and tech all falling more than 1 percent. The Nasdaq composite dropped 1.2 percent.

"At some point you've got to wonder how many times stocks are going to react to the same general bit of news. It may all just be a game of one-up-manship as a negotiating tactic to get to some sort of deal," said Willie Delwiche, investment strategist at Baird. However, "with investor optimism as high as it is, there might not be much margin for error, and there is a real risk that this starts to erode consumer and business confidence."

Shares of some of the biggest chipmakers fell given their large exposure to China. Qualcomm and Nvidia both dropped at least 1.5 percent. On average, semiconductor and semiconductor equipment companies get 52 percent of their revenue from China, according to a recent report from Morgan Stanley.

Ford Motor, which also does a large amount of business in China, saw its stock pull back about 2.4 percent. Meanwhile, Caterpillar and Boeing — considered to be two bellwethers for trade tensions on Wall Street —both dropped at least 2 percent.

Trump asked the United States Trade Representative to identify $200 billion worth of Chinese goods for additional tariffs, at a rate of 10 percent. If China "refuses to change its practices" and insists on continuing with the new tariffs it recently declared, then the additional levies would be imposed on Beijing, Trump said Monday night.

Soon after, the Chinese Commerce Ministry issued a response, stating that the latest threat of more tariffs violates previous negotiations and consensus reached between both the U.S. and China. "The United States has initiated a trade war that violates market laws and is not in accordance with current global development trends," the ministry said.

In light of the escalating tit-for-tat trade war, which so far shows no signs of stopping, and to the contrary appears to be accelerating, S&P futures have fallen sharply throughout the session, while Dow futures are -340 points, with the cash index set for its 6th consecutive down day.

The MSCI index of Asia-Pacific shares outside Japan fell 1.9 percent to its lowest since early December. The losses intensified through the day as the rout deepened in China where the 3,000 support level in the Shanghai Composite finally gave way as Beijing's "National Team" plunge protectors failed to step in after Monday's holiday, resulting in the lowest close in nearly two years as the Shanghai Composite Index plunged 3.8%, its lowest since June 27, 2016, while Hong Kong's Hang Seng .HSI shed as much 3 percent before ending 2.8% down.

“Trump appears to be employing a similar tactic he used with North Korea, by blustering first in order to gain an advantage in negotiations,” said Kota Hirayama, senior emerging markets economist at SMBC Nikko Securities in Tokyo.

“The problem is, such a tactic is unlikely to work with China.”

Predictably, hardest hit were tech stocks which stand to suffer the most in any direct trade war, with Orient Securities, 360 Security Technology plunging by the 10% daily limit, while the tech heavy Shenzhen Composite index crashed -5.9%, while the ChiNext Index of small-cap and tech shares slumped 4.8%, to its lowest level in more than three years, and is now 61% below peak reached in June 2015. Not even the PBOC adding liquidity with 200BN MLF operation and net 50BN reverse repo injection helped boost sentiment.

China’s economy has already been clouded by a sharp slowdown in fixed asset investment growth due to the government’s deleveraging drive, a problematic property sector, a mounting debt burden and rising credit defaults. Economists at Nomura wrote, “The rising risk of a disruptive trade conflict makes a bad situation tentatively worse.”

Elsewhere, Japan's Nikkei lost 1.8%, South Korea's KOSPI dropped 1.3% while Australian stocks bucked the trend and added 0.1%, helped by a depreciating currency and an overnight bounce in commodity prices.

In Europe it was more of the same, with the Stoxx Europe 600 tumbling for a third day. The stock move in Europe was tempered by a weaker euro, however, which unlike its reaction to last week's trade jitters, promptly tumbled, wiping out all of Monday's gains. European mining stocks lead the Stoxx 600 Index down to touch lowest level since late-April; the export-heavy DAX underperformed, sliding 1.4% as automakers continue declines.

Forcing China into a stalemate? They'll likely begin liquidating their US Treasury bonds along with Russia. Next comes Europe... and then US dollar hyperinflation. This will force the US government to default on ALL debts, mass spending cuts and to re-industrialize the nation and force citizens into productive jobs: manufacturing, mining, farming, ranching, processing, milling, refining, engineering, construction, etc. Bootstrapping America back to the good 'ol days. And we'll be making in America and selling in America.

Good! Trump Administration To Cancle All US Aid To Countries That Open Their Borders, Destabilize Nations Reader 06/19/2018 (Tue) 19:11:57 Id: d7b438 [Preview] No. 10438 [Reply] [Last 50 Posts]
Countries that allow immigrants to infiltrate America will no longer be eligible for US aid, President Trump claimed Tuesday.

Speaking at the National Federation of Independent Businesses 75th Anniversary Celebration, the president touched on a few of his upcoming plans to put pressure on nations sending illegal immigrants.

“Think of all that aid we give to some of these countries. Hundreds of millions of dollars we give to these countries, and they send them up,” the President said.

I want to take a moment to address the current illegal immigration crisis on the Southern Border…it has been going on for many, many decades… pic.twitter.com/1F7EK9Ef88

— Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) June 19, 2018

“Well, I’m going to go very shortly for authorization that when countries abuse us by sending their people up – not their best – we’re not going to give any more aid to those countries. Why the hell should we? Why should we?” the president said to great applause.

Trump doubled down on his administration’s immigration enforcement on Twitter Tuesday, saying, “We must always arrest people coming into our Country illegally.”

“Of the 12,000 children, 10,000 are being sent by their parents on a very dangerous trip, and only 2000 are with their parents, many of whom have tried to enter our Country illegally on numerous occasions,” the President pointed out.

The issue has taken center stage in light of nonstop fake news mainstream media coverage of illegal immigrant children separated from their families.

Why is that? Because we are getting fed up with illegal foreigners invading our country as they do to Europe?

If anything has been dumbing down the public it has been the TV set, brain-altering SSRIs pushed by Big Pharma because "muh depression!", violent gangster entertainment and the mass quantities of heroin hitting our streets.

I guess I must have read his statement wrong. You are correct, any country that we provide aid to who ends up sending us a bunch of foreign thugs in return will have their aid cut off - and rightfully so. I don't agree with Trump on everything, but this I do agree with him on.

Good! Italy Rejects Two More NGO Migrant Ships Reader 06/18/2018 (Mon) 15:06:18 Id: af9728 [Preview] No. 10400 [Reply] [Last 50 Posts]
Italy demanded on Saturday that the Netherlands recall two NGO-operated migrant transport ships flying the Dutch flag, after Italian Interior Minister Matteo Salvini warned that they would not be allowed to dock in Italian ports.

The ships are currently sitting off the coast of Libya.

“They should know that Italy no longer wants to be an accomplice in the business of illegal immigration and therefore they will have to aim for other, non-Italian, ports,” Salvini said in a Friday post on Facebook.

The blocked NGO ships come on the heels of Italy's refusal to take in a boat full of 629 shipwrecked migrants picked up off the coast of Libya - a move ushered in by the Italian government's new populist coalition headed by Salvini.

"We are finished being doormats," tweeted Salvini on Sunday.

After Salvini's comments, one of the Dutch-flagged NGOs, Mission Lifeline, tweeted in German "When fascists promote us..." to which Salvini fired back over Twitter "insults and threats will not stop us."

“The issue of migrants is epic and Europe has remained detached for years about it, having inappropriate procedures in place before this issue became so severe,” Italy Foreign Affairs Minister Enzo Moavero Milanesi said, according to interview in Corriere della Sera.

On Saturday, France agreed to accept some of the 629 migrants from 26 countries rescued by the MV Aquarius following an international spat between French President Emmanuel Macron and Italian authorities which led to Spain agreeing to take them in.

After Italian Interior Minister Matteo Salvini refused to accept the NGO vessel packed with shipwrecked immigrants, Macron said that Italy was "playing politics" with the migrants, and that the Italian government had displayed "cynicism and irresponsibility."

Europe should escape the EU immediately

If only Italy rejects migrants coming in, it'll come to other countries first, and when they become "citizens" will later come to Italy because of the Schengen Area.

It is futile if only a few countries reject migrants, European countries should reject them en mass.

But it is a start. Also be wary of Jewish/Communist/Zionist controlled opposition that say they're anti-EU but all they will do is ridicule themselves, and attempt futile things.

OK, the point is we need to elect those who will not destabilize their nations (as Hungary, Poland, Italy, the Czech Republic and Austria have already done). You cannot just complain about the problems, and then argue against some common sense solutions (such as voting more nationalist politicians in). If everyone were defeatist they'd run around blaming the Jews all day and do absolutely nothing to curb their agendas. It takes an angry voter base to keep throwing wrenches into their destructive system.

I AGREE. European nations need to get the hell out of the EU. Can't do that unless you force political change and that starts with electing the right people!

BOOM! Russia And India Ditch Dollar In Military Deals Reader 06/19/2018 (Tue) 18:22:37 Id: e92b8a [Preview] No. 10437 [Reply] [Last 50 Posts]

With the US increasingly willing to use the dollar, and SWIFT, as a strategic weapon against the country's sovereign enemies (as Iran learned every 5 or so years), Russia and India are preparing to bypass US sanctions on Moscow by using the rupee and the ruble in bilateral trade involving military deals, the Economic Times reported.

Some $2 billion in weapons deals between India and Russia have been hit as a result of the recent US sanctions, as payments get stuck. The countries are seeking to bypass such monetary bottlenecks this by switching to settlements in domestic currencies and ditching the greenback.

Senior officials told ET that after several rounds of consultations, it has become clear that a rupee-rouble transfer, pegged to the exchange rate of an international currency, is the solution. A top official said that a foreign currency, such as the Singapore dollar, could be used as the benchmark.

Until now, India signed defense contracts with Russia for which payments are made in US dollars. However, as US sanctions making this virtually impossible, contractual payments have been frozen since April.

The involuntary loss of India as a Russian customer has had significant effects on the Russian economy: the Asian country is one of the largest buyers of military equipment from Russia, having signed military contracts worth $65BN since the 1960s.

With current trade deals between the two countries estimated at around $12 billion, it is imperative for Russia to way to find a loophole to US sanctions. Furthermore, just like Turkey, India is ready to purchase Russia's state of the art S400 air-defense system in a $5-billion deal. And just like in the case of Turkey - which overnight saw the US Senate block the sale of over over 100 F-35 juts to Erdogan precisely because of Ankara's overtures to Moscow - the sale is being heavily opposed by the United States.

The two nations have been struggling to find banks that would risk US sanctions for transferring the money between the two nations. Sources said that on the Indian side, the banks being talked to include Vijaya Bank and Indian Bank, while on the Russian side, its largest banking entity in India, Sberbank, has been involved in discussions.

Other options that were looked at included payments to non-sanctioned entities in Russia after its flagship arms trading company Rosoboronexport came under sanctions by the US Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC).

Good! Judge Rules Twitter Can Be Sued For Falsely Advertising They Allow Free Speech Reader 06/19/2018 (Tue) 13:43:39 Id: 716148 [Preview] No. 10428 [Reply] [Last 50 Posts]
List of alternative platforms: >>>/endtimes/34 | https://archive.fo/XV6lt

A California judge has ruled that social media giant Twitter can be sued for falsely advertising free speech. As Bloomberg reports, the judge said that Twitter’s policy of banning users “at any time, for any reason or for no reason” may constitute an “unconscionable contract” for a company which advertises free speech.

The judge rejected Twitter’s motion to dismiss the lawsuit from Jared Taylor, who was banned by the platform in December last year, according to Breitbart. Taylor, a self-described “white activist” may proceed with his lawsuit against Twitter because the social media company falsely advertises free speech, yet bans users for “any or no reason.” The judge also ruled that Twitter could be sued on the basis of misleading its users, due to the platform’s promise not to ban accounts on the basis of viewpoint or political affiliation, which is frequently violated.

“This ruling has massive implications for the platform going forward,” said Noah Peters, Jared Taylor’s lawyer. “this is the first time that a social media company’s argument that it can censor user speech has been rejected by a court.”

Taylor describes himself as a “race realist” and has defended white separatism, claiming that races are “not equal”, but his attorney says this trial is not about his client’s particular views, and that’s a correct assessment. The trial is about Twitter’s disallowance of free speech although they use that term to advertise the social media platform.

“Our lawsuit is not about whether Taylor is right or wrong,” Peters said in February. “It’s about whether Twitter and other technology companies have the right to ban individuals from using their services based on their perceived viewpoints and affiliations.”

By now, it should be well understood that the terms “hate facts” and “hate speech” are nothing more than buzzwords used by the left as an excuse to suppress the speech of those with which they disagree. This is becoming more and more apparent as we devolve quickly toward a fully totalitarian system too.

Breitbart reported that the most high-profile individual to be banned on this basis was Islam critic Tommy Robinson, who received a permanent ban from Twitter after he posted statistics showing that Muslims are vastly overrepresented in child grooming gangs in the UK. Robinson is now taking Twitter to court to prove that “facts are now treated as hate.” –SHTFPlan

Twitter employees have also been caught on camera boasting about their actions to keep conservatives and Trump supporters off the platform. They also, along with YouTube, have scrubbed videos that do not align with the government and mainstream media’s “official narrative” with regards to incidents such as the Parkland, Florida school shooting.

I know this may be hard for them to do, considering they like censoring facts, but Twitter might as well just be brutally honest and state "Twitter is not a platform for free speech, we can and will regulate political or social content." This way the users know what kind of platform Twitter really is and therefore cannot sue. In the meantime, it exposes what that company really is: politically bias and pro-censorship.

The Problems Of Family Seperation Around The Border Is The EXACT Reason We Need A Border Wall! Reader 06/19/2018 (Tue) 13:07:45 Id: f6e072 [Preview] No. 10427 [Reply] [Last 50 Posts]
Don't like families being broken up? Then keep them where they belong, in their own countries!

“Many of them sound like they’re crying so hard, they can barely breathe,” ProPublica says of an audio recording of Central American children that the non-profit investigative outlet released Monday.

The nearly seven minute audio recording was provided to ProPublica by Jennifer Harbury, a Harvard-educated lawyer who has devoted much of her career to securing entry into the United States for Central Americans. Her husband, a leader of a Guatemalan communist militia who went by “Comandante Everardo,” was killed by CIA-backed forces in the early 1990s.

ProPublica claims, based on Harbury and her source’s description, that the recording was captured last week at an undisclosed U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) facility, shortly after ten Central American alien children were taken into custody separately from the adults with whom they were apprehended crossing the American border.

Less than two hours after the tape’s release, a member of the White House Press Corps was blaring the recording as Secretary of Homeland Security (DHS) Kristjen Nielsen spoke during the press conference at which she defended the administration from accusations of “child abuse.” New York magazine correspondent Olivia Nuzzi, notable for sneaking into Corey Lewandowski’s home without his permission, later claimed to be the culprit.

Author Ginger Thompson writes that the audio “makes for excruciating listening,” includes “desperate sobbing,” and “adds real-life sounds of suffering to a contentious policy debate that has so far been short on input from those with the most at stake: immigrant children.” These children “scream ‘Mami’ and ‘Papá’ over and over again, as if those are the only words they know,” readers are told in the opening paragraph.

The ProPublica recording spread quickly on social media, often being presented along with a staged photograph of a child at an anti-Trump demonstration in a “cage” that had been miscaptioned as also being from a CBP facility. By evening, CNN was playing significant portions of the recording.

Proponents saw the recording as proof of the inhumanity of administration border policy. As Thompson would have it, even before the tape’s release, those purported policies “united religious conservatives and immigrant rights activists, who have said that ‘zero tolerance’ amounts to ‘zero humanity.'”

No indication is given as to why most of the specific adults in the recording are being separated from the children, but – in accordance with federal immigration laws and a 1990s court settlement preventing the incarceration of alien children in criminal facilities – adults, including parents, are being separated from children when they are charged with criminal immigration offenses. Other possible causes of separation include the adults not being able to establish any familial connection to the children.

Gun Control Sweden: Mass Shooting Attack On World Cup Fans After Sweden Win Reader 06/19/2018 (Tue) 12:33:30 Id: bf0731 [Preview] No. 10426 [Reply] [Last 50 Posts]
Police in Sweden are attempting to downplay initial reports of terrorism after a man opened fire on a crowd during World Cup celebrations as the Swedish national team beat South Korea earlier in the day. As the story broke, multiple international headlines suggested a terror attack in progress related to World Cup play, with at least five people wounded in the southern city of Malmo. One man has reportedly died of his injuries in what's being described as a "mass shooting".

A hail of bullets were unleashed by an unknown shooter in a car mid-evening in the downtown Drottninggatan area just as revelers took the streets to celebrate the Swedish national team's 1-0 win against South Korea.

All 5 victims are being described in European press as "World Cup fans" who were among a crowd exiting area venues that had been screening the soccer match. The shooter (or shooters) may have been targeting a group gathered inside of a coffee shop.

"There are no signs that this is terror-related," said police spokesman Fredrik Bratt, as quoted in EuroNews. "It is probably a shooting between criminal individuals."

Though as the Daily Mail reports "feuds between criminal gangs fighting over territory have taken place in major Swedish cities in recent years" Swedish media initially described a crime that appears broad and random in nature, designed to cause mass casualties.

However some local sources indicate some among the victims may include known criminals engaged in gang or organized crime activities.

Eyewitnesses told the the Swedish language Aftonbladet newspaper that around 15 to 20 shots were fired in Malmo's downtown area. Malmo is Sweden's third largest city with a population of about 350,000 — but is known for a high murder rate among European cities, and has a reputation as being the most dangerous city in Scandinavian countries.

Sweden's Sydsvenskan newspaper reports that all among the injured were standing on the sidewalk outside a coffee shop when a car drove up and unleashed automatic fire at close range on the group. Multiple reports also say some among the wounded were rushed away in private cars, which could further suggest an incident involving organized crime. One witness, Jonatan Burhoff, told Aftonbladet he saw wounded people being carried to private cars that drove off “as fast as possible”.

The shootings took place close to a police station which allowed for emergency response units to arrive on the scene almost immediately. No suspects were immediately apprehended according to early reports.
