Security/ Anonymity Thread Anonymous 11/09/2016 (Wed) 20:24:51 [Preview] No. 375
Hey there guys. I thought we should start a thread on tips for staying anonymous and secure online, especially over here on the darkweb (for those of you who aren't aware, http://s6424n4x4bsmqs27.onion/baphomet/ is the darkweb link for this)

Include stuff about what operating systems you use and for what, and how you have modified tor for anonymity.
Here's a list of the names of great browser extensions that i've set up on my config (I either use TAILS or Ubuntu)-
adblock plus, betterprivacy, decentraleyes, disconnect, ghostery, https everywhere, noscript, privacy settings, random agent spoofer, self- destructing cookies, torbutton and tor launcher.
I'd also recommend replacing your tor's user.js file with this user.js file- https://github.com/pyllyukko/user.js/ just to toughen the security a bit. Add whatever else you can think of to this thread!

Edit- I finally got qubes (using it on its own hard drive as an encrypted persistance) and it's amazing. Not the easiest OS to use, but it's really secure. I just can't figure out how to use tor bridges on it. If anyone could help with that it'd be greatly appreciated.
