TSF in Japanese stands for "transexual fiction," but it really means we will share transgender media, manga and stories.

Let's post whenever you come to this board to generate activity.

Respect our constitution!

Since this is my first post I should layout why we badly need this board because some of you don't get it. First of all, Mao Zedong said "Let 100 flowers bloom!" Infinite disagreement should be the mark of a real culture, because it leads to infinite insight.

one of the main goals of http://tgboard.rf.gd/ (before traffic killed it), was for it to be one of several interconnected repositories for tg related material that we just can't share anywhere else. If you shared something there, it would definitely stay online, because the userbase would care enough to make backups. If something was deleted, we would still have a database to list what had been deleted so you could go to other sources. (In fact, I was planning on starting a tg wiki at one point, but I don't have the human power to do it.)

Ideally, there would have been a sekrit club system, with replaceable links that never died, and some of us would move files around every single time there was a complaint similar to the sad panda system. Fighting it would be like chopping a head off the Hydra only to have 2 heads grow back. (Unlike this forum which deletes things for copyright holders.)

[b] Yes, anything excluded elsewhere could be put there. [/b] That also means there would be a creative outlet for hosting the tg lolicon stories that are banned on Fictionamia, because I know thought-crime is the highest crime, and I therefore don't think highly of the opinions of most Canadians or Germans.

A second goal was to bring together a bunch of kinds of communities, and to allow criticism so that readers could decide for themself whether something sucked, and so writers/artists could improve. I see that the misguided "Social Justice Warriors" are indeed running most of the TG sites, building hug boxes, and banning reviews to make people feel unoffended. That saddens my both my creative side, and the part of me that still believes in free enterprise.

Frankly, I would rather leave the management to someone else and deal with the content as a member, but I've discovered I can't trust most people in the TG communities to value what I consider necessary things. Most of the people who have posted here only think you're more advanced because you don't allow debate or certain things to be posted. (Yes, and you'll keep taking that for granted because real unrestricted debate is never allowed for long here. But some of us prefer not to be sheltered, and to see the world for what it really is.) This board has a feature that let's you see if anything is deleted, and there will be almost no moderation.

I do have a reputation for joking around a lot because I consider it healthy stimulation, but I can be serious when it matters because I rely on logic more than emotion when making decisions. I will never delete something just because I don't like it or agree with it. That approach extends to bans. If Chestnuts, Taruby or any others want to come back and creatively agree or disagree, as we have before, then I won't be issuing bans or silencing critics at the forum.

I remember when Farhad TG was a much more tolerant place for disagreement and pirates. Make Farhad TG great again.

Someone asked when http://tgboard.rf.gd will be back. Well, I'm sorry to say that I haven't heard back from my former tech support partner for a couple of weeks, so it is possible he lost interest in restarting it.

By any case, the regular forum experiment didn't work out nearly as well as I had hoped either. There doesn't seem to be enough widespread interest in the site's goals.

Interest in contributing to the following has been lacking:
1) another "regular" tg forum,
2) a tagable tg encyclopedia in English
3) several kinds of tg content in one place 4) a system of bunkers and trenches for keeping tg content that's deleted elsewhere

5) FM didn't hop aboard. (Meaning, loli/TG writers haven't jumped at the chance to migrate from a "safe space" to a forum that is open to criticism, and google, which doesn't exist on FM or caption sites.)

6)Most significantly, free speech also doesn't matter as much to the majority of the tg community compared to me. I'm used to unapologetically presenting views for consideration even if they don't agree with what is considered common sense. I align neatly with the principles of freedom that endchan endorses, and so I'm quite surprised how far away the tg community in general is from accepting free speech and file sharing.

I have no problem with moderate leftists; it's only the so called "regressive left" who refuse to allow many forms of criticism or open debate while stressing multi-culturalism at the expense of intellectualism. Unfortunately, I suspect that the tg community has a larger percentage of the sorts of regressive people who choose to stay at 4chan after moot censored his website.

I was also hoping a chan format would let people speak more freely and allow the contrarians to come back and enrich the fold, but I have come to believe that maybe it's a lost cause, because there just weren't enough of those people here to begin with.

Although we had 72 or so sign-ups on the old forum, there were not nearly enough active members. A forum needs to grow organically, and without enough people there wouldn't be enough content to sustain it.

I find it discouraging enough that if the endchan reboot doesn't take off I might wind down my involvement in the tg community again, at least for a while, as I focus on some non-tg weeb matters. However, I will continue to upload anything for anyone who wants to remain anonymous, and to save files posted here on behalf of bitching artists if they're deleted elsewhere, just as I had planned.

The board will remain online and maintained as long as endchan does. (There are a couple of hands off global moderators at endchan too who can handle reports for CP or whatever if I do step away. Plus if I don't log in for a few months, 8chan and endchan both have a feature that lets anyone claim the board and become the new admin, so I feel very confident this board would run itself even if no one actively monitored it anymore.)

I think you're giving up too early. For what it was, it was relatively successful in my opinion, but there isn't going to be a massive amount of traffic. Even on the old Farhad forums there was no more than a handful of people on at any time. The new forum didn't have enough time to establish its niche or make much headway on the goals you listed before it went offline. Growing a forum tends to be a long term game.

>I have no problem with moderate leftists; it's only the so called "regressive left" who refuse to allow many forms of criticism or open debate while stressing multi-culturalism at the expense of intellectualism
If by "moderate leftists" you mean liberals, I disagree. They tend to be the ones who indulge the most in this kind of thinking. In fact, the far left is more divided on it: compare /leftypol/ on cripplechan with r/socialism or r/anarchism.

>In fact, the far left is more divided on it: compare /leftypol/ on cripplechan with r/socialism or r/anarchism.

I have enjoyed visiting leftypol before, and a lot of the leftists there would tell you they hate liberals or SJWs for various reasons. The regressive left is a term with meaning which I did not make up; however, I use it to refer to certain characteristics of a group of people on that side of the political spectrum. The group I am referring to are highly intolerant of dissent, and hold their sacred principles away from criticism or debate. Because they did not reach their beliefs through sustained skepticism, they don't prioritize skepticism first. When skepticism and their belief in multiculturalism/group harmony/egalitarianism/feminism/some other principle come in conflict, they would rather continue to believe the same and to say "shoo," than to think. They are into political correctness, and thought crime, and censorship; they are no different from a religious fundamentalist who clings to objective morality.

Sadly, the tg communities are usually run by those clowns. Because many conservatives still reject fags and tranies, they tend to uncritically put their trust in the left and swallow a lot of extra baloney.

(I might delete this post later.) What should the full upper-case version of the site be used for? If you haven't noticed, the URL is case-sensitive.

I thought of checking "don't index on the overboard/top boards" (and did so while turning it into a sad-panda,) except I'm not sure if I can keep Google from indexing boards on endchan.

And I realized it's so similar that someone might find it anyway while trying to get here, so it would be better to make it link here.

Finally I decided if it has no purpose, perhaps it should be allowed to evolve naturally, while being used for unmoderated funposting.

(Copied from e-hentai)

Closing note:
After this I am going to take a break from tg uploads, and leave it to you new people to get involved, unless someone asks me to share something anonymously. It is probable that the new forum will die from inactivity, however, I'll still make sure endchan.xyz/tsf truly allows free speech (and frivolous file sharing) unlike basically ever other other transgender community. (Hear ye, hear ye! While I'm present I won't let lunatics play thought-police and delete content to appease dumber folk! For I know that the road to hell is paved by the bodies liberals have killed in the name of "good intentions.")

Apart from preventing this generation's Nazis from subduing a new forum before it's born, I now plan to take a break from reading TG to recharge my creativity. I pretty much had made a game out of memorizing or indexing what gender bender manga existed, what they were were about, and which manga hadn't been shared yet, but stepping away means I won't be an up-to-date source or maintainer of fresh tg information in English anymore. So goodbye, I'm crossing over the the hill and will only remember old news until I fade away with the old events.

...Well, I could finish it strongly there, but I do have a few wishes to voice. I'd love for someone with free time to start a free-speech forum that can be an alternative to the censorship of discussion by "multi-cultural liberals" (read: hypocrites) at sites such as allthefallen and /loli/ Somehow, lolicons love to think of themselves as victims with their persecution complex, but whenever they have power they censor in the gayest ways, just like in the tg community. Worse, the userbase is largely apathetic to the growing problem of self-censorship which is chilling the internet. (I have no interest in running it though.)

That aside, my second wish is for someone else from the tg niche picks up my torch, and tries to index and gather the gender bender loli in one place because that cross-fetish is rare. Aside from me, in the past few years there has been no one willing and inclined to publicly group and cross-index it in one spot in English.

And now....a lamentation.

I had badly wanted something like tgboards or endchan.xyz/tsf to take off and not enforce thought-crime. For many years I've been bothered by the prevalent censorship in the west that has enabled Fictionmania to prematurely abort lolicon stories at the rotten husk known as Fictionmania. Group-think and censorship are why their stories lost their luster. Consequently, I wanted to do my part to help reverse the growing apathy to the spirit of criticism, individuality, and creativity, because I feel that the web has lost important qualities as it evolved from decentralized homepages by hobbyists into faceless portals run by corporate interests. (The tg manga community was infected too, and I cannot remain indifferent forever when sites censor reviews for their friends or advertisers; an obvious example being all of the tg sites that shill for visual novels by a certain Australian hack.) Sadly, apathy has already become pandemic which has weakened the ability of the herd to notice a problem, and so the blood-sucking SJWs have become the unquestioned overlords of tg.

They will murder you in your sleep someday, but that's not my problem anymore. It's yours for staying there and not even making your own websites.

You know what a good step one should be? Translating: https://ja.wikipedia.org/wiki/TSF and http://dic.pixiv.net/a/tsf

The wisdom of sages has been written in moonrunes. In order to educate the gaijin, we need superior context.

anonymous 12/12/2016 (Mon) 09:02:44 [Preview] No. 407 del
That's not a bad idea since westerners haven't heard the term much, but by the time you hear the word you probably know what it means. (Though to be fair even Taruby stumbled over it after reading a joke post on 2ch, and he came to think that TSF had a more light and fantastical nuance of asa onna or yuri rather than being synonymous with TS.) The definition is still a common matter of discussion for Japanese too.

More importantly, English wikipedia isn't always friendly to Japanese sources; they require relevance, and a drawback is that your article can sometimes be downvoted and deleted by morons as on Reddit or e-hentai. Oh, and they've been hijacked by feminists who like to revise history to suit their narrative, and they have done it by voting in sheer numbers. There is no way that oversensitive lgbt activists wouldn't constantly fuck with the article, and make a headache out of keeping the article to its Japanese usage.

I like how female to female body swaps tend to more deeply explore when their physical capacities switch. Like she's now unable to clear the high jump and she lost her ability to do well at school. Most male-female swaps tend to get caught up on the sex and forget these details.

My friend is a magic girl is pretty funny.
Synopsis: A few years ago evil aliens led by the demon lord invaded and then magical girls appeared to fight them with power given by aliens. A certain middle school girl has a lifelong dream of becoming a magic girl and her brother and her guy friend both tease her for it, the later saying, "If you were to be a magical girl no one would want to look at you!"

and when a monster attacks the city she knows a magical girl will show up to fight it, and she asks her guy friend to come with her so she can finally see a magical girl in person and so they can take photos.

Her friend tries to talk her out of it saying we should go because it's dangerous, but she insists that it's her dream to meet a magical girl no matter what. And I want to meet the person I love! He is moved and says, "Rika, hold my shoes for a moment." Then to her bewilderment he screams, "Miracle Shine Star Change!"

He transforms into a magical girl who still talks like a punk. He tells her to stay back becaude she's about to see a real magical hirl battle. She says she wants to return what he said to her earlier (meaning she doesn't want to look at him as a magical girl.). And he covers his panties and tells her, "Then don't look!"

Then he beats the monster with a punch and then talks to his stunned friend.

He explains how it happened: one day he was walking home when aliens abducted him and offered him a wish, Kyubei style, as long as he fought for them. He says He just longs to go home, but the alien says the dream needs to have more power.

He says with a blush, "Hypothetically, maybe to attract the attention of the girl I love?"

The aliens says, "Good enough/You're eligible" and then he turns into a magical girl. (Of course he keeps this part a secret from Riku, which implies she is the one he loves.)

He tells her not to tell his secret anyone because it would be embarrassing, but she threatens to tell her class if he doesn't do where bidding, and he has no choice but to agree. She then asks why he hasn't seen him fight before and he says he didn't make his official first appearance because sometimes his transformation fails (and then he's a boy in a dress.)

She says it's a good thing yoi're not middle aged, because then the failure would look even worse. Just then a middle aged guy appears and tries to do a transformation but fails. The MC greets his middle aged friend, and tells her he told his friend. Middle aged guy tells her it's common for boys to be magical girls....all the magical girls he knows are really guys. She says she feels like her dream has been broken. He says many that's why we keep it a secret, to protect many people's dreams...(except yours.) Guy friend apologizes for informing her about reality.

Then Riky asks which magical girl the middle age man is and he says Myuu, and she gasps recognizing he's the really cute magical girl who always shows up late--usually too late to fight the monsters (and now she knows the reason is he doesn't want to be caught in a failed transformation.)

Then the monster from earlier wakes up and Myu beats it in an amazingly cute way. Then the evil demon lord says a new magical girl had appeared, and dispatches someone to "meet" him.

HIKARI NO OTOUSAN (the J-drama) has a nekoma (guy playing a girl avatar.) There is no tg and it sucks. Plot is about a guy who plays FFXIV with his dad but the dad doesn't know it, and when it's revealed there is no payoff, the story just ends without tying up a lot of loose ends. A totally forgettable disappointment, avoid.

And leave it to the trannies to try and make us feel guilty by writing about how transphobic it was. "He" even wrote Ranma that 1/2 is transphobic and would be bad today...even though Ranma's chauvenism drove the comedy and was deliberate. The main reason a similar story can't be written today is because the SJWs would bitch and political correctness wouldn't allow it to get popular, or for us to laugh at jokes that defy the current conventions of common sense. Anyone who liked it would be ostracized by regressive liberals and branded sexistor a jack-ass.

Though he did make some valid points, and I think there was something weird and hamfested about it when the black girl started preaching about feminism and the evils of stereotyping. It's the American preoccupation with dated social commentary that gives away that what is marketed as an anime isn't a "true anime."

Because nips are so degenerate that they swing back to being somewhat normal; they don't see "oh such a brave woman struggling with her identity" they just think "I want to fuck that". It's so progressive they swing back to patriarchy.

i found an interesting post I thought anout neuroscience that I would share:

"Brain differences by gender"

I am sure my earlier posts were more clear than you are making out. But let us say I have not been as precise as I ought in describing just one major difference in the brains of men and women. I will try for the final time and if I still cannot make myself clear I must move on. Believe me, this is one of a whole world of physical differences.

The medial preoptic area of the hypothalamus is the centre of male sexual behaviour. It receives signals from 2 nuclei in the amygylda (since you ask: corticomedial and basolateral). These produce the aggression/assertive behaviour visible in aroused males (male monkeys as well as humans). They also produce the aggressive/assertive behaviour seen in males in general but are stoked by sexual arousal. The signals continue to the cerebral cortex which will then force the male to adopt whatever position is necessary to penetrate the female. This is why guys can have a tough time pulling back if the female changes her mind at the point of entry. A signal is sent down the brain stem to the penis thus engorging it. A signal is sent back to the brain to create more of the hormones leading to aggression. This loop then intensifies until ejaculation. The male gets more aroused and more aggressive.

Intriguingly the female centre for sexual behaviour is found in the ventromedial nucleus, again in the hypothalamus. Curiously it plays a part in hunger too. This is where feminists need to look away. These oestrogen rich hormones, (thus not even available to the male) produce lordosis, a need for the female to expose herself sexually and submit. In humans this instinct has more conscious control than say in rats where by simply handing the female rate in a particular way will lead to lordosis. Again the loop is established leading to more arousal in the brain and more excitement in the female body leading to ever greater passivity.

What is truly fascinating is that this sexual arousal permeates all aspects of the brain, even into the frontal cortex, where it is believed fetishes, so loved by humans, develop.

anonymous 10/01/2017 (Sun) 05:57:38 [Preview] No. 759 del
All this can be observed with any mammal at any time, ie not just humans. Thus canot be cultural. As an amusing aside, well amusing to me(!), the female monkey will submit to a male monkey for copulation if he brings her presents, particularly food. Note the delight women get in being given flowers or being taken out to dinner.

This is not dependent upon someone devising a questionnaire or an experiment, both of which are inevitably cluttered by the proposer’s views, my problem with psychologists and sociologists.

Should any foolish feminist/Guardian reader/BBC producer pretend these physical developments in the brain are due to the influence of society, please sit them down with a nice hot cup of tea, with plenty of sugar. Then quietly point out that the differences are present from 8 weeks in the foetus. All brains are female in the womb until 6-8 weeks when the male hormones swamp through the body changing around 50% to boy brains. How male/female you are is dependent up on this gushing of male hormones.

I wanted to go through more on just this sexual area but time is pressing and there is only so much space on Fictionmania's hard drives. You can see the same dramatic differences in other areas such as speech, emotions, the areas for fear, and so forth.

So just to add that some gay males exhibit the same correlation of brain activity in the same areas as women thus proof that gay males are born as such. As these areas are developed in the fetus at 8 weeks they are unlikely to be ‘nurture driven.’ You can witness the aggressive sexual behaviour of the male in all mammals, with the females of all mammals finding the most aggressive/assertive of males to be the most attractive. As guys learn when they turn 15, the girly girls go for the jocks. Nature isn’t fair. This is true whether it is seals or humans night clubbing in Newcastle. Tall alpha males will always have more sexual conquests than beta males, but beta males are seen as the best mates by girly girls.

I found an old post I made at the Farhad forum's shoutbox, which Chilla might have deleted, 3 years ago when I was an active member there. I thought I should share it for the record so that newer members will know why we need another TG forum where we can talk freely:

>So I leave one post in the shoutbox addressed only at Chilla's moderation and I'm banned from posting there or reading the shoutbox? Chilla just take the logical step and ban me from the site for good already, and then ban yourself. I cannot converse here without you deleting the tamest stuff (what extremely politically correct culture are you from, North Korea?) This forum feels dead because you moderate so much more heavily than when you started. All the interesting things you consider off topic are shelved. If we wanted a purely informational site some of us would just read the Japanese encyclopedia sites. Farhad has been here for ten years, there is more here than a list of manga, and there are lots of recognizable usernames with differing, matured opinions.

>I'm already disgusted enough that I've mostly stopped being charitable and posting tg updates here. I have the Japanese sites and there are the chans and file-sharing sites if I miss something, so I leave the work to the robot users. This forum is practically read-only now- its like an auditorium where only one speaker standing on the floor is allowed to voice his views, and not a community where people join together to discuss things.

Sensualaoi 10/27/2017 (Fri) 01:30:31 [Preview] No. 806 del
And here is another message I sent over PM to someone defending my actions when I criticized the censorship going on at the Farhad TG forum, before I was banned for being "too offensive."

>I probably did go overboard this time. At the time I wrote that I couldn't post, Tayaya was banned from the shoutbox, and I could only see the shoutbox if I logged out so I assumed Chilla had banned me. I can see the shoutbox when I log in now, so I will assume he unbanned me.

>I thought Chilla had deleted a discussion and bunch of tayaya shoutbox stuff and banned him while I was away from the forum. I am not sure what discussion happened, but I'm guessing foxmon's post baited tayaya into saying something that pissed of Chilla.

>I personally don't like things being outright deleted, and Chilla seems to ban or censor the criticisms of Zet's work a lot more than he would if he were being perfectly neutral. I even had to message him at the beginning to restore the thread after Zet deleted it, because he hadn't yet noticed, and he only seems to have threatened people who criticized the game. Chilla is confusing biased censorship with civility, and doesn't realize it, from my vantage point.

>I used to have a lot of private message arguments with Chilla where I tried to convince him to let both sides to have their say and how he should be more neutral. I also told him to keep an eye on Zet because I was afraid Zet would delete half the threads and ban people on the forum (the way he later did on Steam.) I told him Zet didn't own the forum, and at the time he threatened to ban me, and I think a lot of other people like Seiji. None of that appeared on the forum.

>So my frustration boiled when I saw the shoutbox posts and I assumed Chilla had done something even worse with the shoutbox while I was away, and called him out on it. My private words to Chilla never convinced him of anything before, so I can hoped complaining openly will somehow make him remember that transparency is infinitely healthier for the community.

>I wouldn't have been such a persistent jerk about this project if the two of them had showed (much) more humility toward anyone who offered them feedback. I also could not 100% ignore the thread when they were being so obnoxious and unethical: Zet deleting threads, and greedily trying to double-charge a backer on desura knotched up my dislike for him and the project, and he ignored me when I called him out on anything, not even giving a rebuttal. I didn't want to see people ripped off because no one was willing to argue with them. I didn't want Zet to just spam his way out of criticism without a fight, and things simply escalated from there. Honestly, if I hadn't argued with them so much they'd probably still be posting weekly sales updates, and Zet would have still been an abusive moderator.

>That sums up why I've acted how I have, in more words than I intended. Ultimately it doesn't matter what happens to this forum since there are plenty of others.

Board Operator 10/27/2017 (Fri) 02:06:05 [Preview] No. 808 del
Well, we are approaching the one year anniversary of this board, and it still keeps limping along. Sometimes its dead, but sometimes it comes to life long enough to share a few discoveries.

For my own part I have mixed feelings whenever I share TG. On the one hand I do want to preserve as much TG as I can, but at the same time I feel like a lot of the fanbase are selfish and believe censorship is acceptable, and I don't think people who bar others from arguing their opinions deserve free manga or guidance about where to find more in Japanese. So I've stopped thinking about what I can do to help these selfish people, and will only share when it suits me, or when I think that I want to translate something. I don't have an interest in helping people who don't regard highly. Most 4chan anons, e-hentai, and Farhad anons did not make the jump to this board, or offer to help with creating a board for free speech, so I have concluded that this whole time I've been dealing with the dumb masses. There have been a few people I've met who I respect more, translators, editors, and fans who helped with finding raws or by showing their enthusiasm, but generally, the people within this fandom have been apathetic trash who prefer lies over truth.

Ah well, it was fun sometimes, and I feel that I did my part to try and make the tg manga sharing community better.

At least I saved the visual novel and a few chapters. Hopefully Batoto/Kiss Manga, and e-hentai will future proof the rest for at least another decade. We are going to lose scanlations sometimes if we don't exercise vigilance though.

Kanji and Chinese characters are a ridiculous waste of memory space. Think of how much science could be learned instead of the Kanji.

Well I certainly would have it easier, to a crazy degree, if I was born a girl. Especially because my family are biblical literalists.

I'm bi though, so I get turned on both ways, male and female. I think I lean to the female side though because when I see a beautiful female I both want to be her and impregnate her. Contrast this with when I see an attractive Aryan male, I don't want to be him, but get fucked as a beautiful female.

The best comprimise for me would be to be a perfect Trap, but I don't know how realistic this is. Also I can't stand being cucked as a male, so I would have to completely seperate my love life as two separate circles.

Yeah FtM doesn't do anything for me when it comes to getting turned on. But... for comedy and revenge is nice. Like imagine a Queen Bee bitch suddenly turning it a man. Almost as good as the football quarterback alpha male turning becoming like one of the groupies he regularly fucked.

I know I'm just talking to myself here, but no matter what I try I cannot get used to my disgusting facial hair, nor chest hair, or leg hair... but the first especially because I can't hide it. I don't mind it as much on other males... but I still don't like it, a total turn off for me. I spent a thousand dollars on permanent laser hair removal, and still... the dreaded neck beard. Next up is electrolysis, I'll buy a device and do it myself.

Ahh I'm such a pussy to have let my parents control my life for the last decade. They've fucked me up so much and still I find it hard just leave. Stockholm syndrome I think, my relationship with mom...

I don't think it was bad that I wanted to avoid scorched earth conflict with my parents, but I should have left when I was 19 and could. At every turn they/their religion, has cucked me (in the liberal sense of defeat & thwarted efforts and desires, not literally).

Ahh I wish I wasn't such a pussy or was born a girl; or even better, both.
I'm wayyy too sensitive for a male.

Having to suppress my feminine side my whole life has hollowed me out. Made life joyless.

If my phenotypical sex and situation was reversed I'd simply be a tomboy. No stigma whatsoever. But wanting to be a trap is "the worst thing ever"...

Still, being a trap is literally the best I can hope for, but only if I can pass. I don't know... would I feel as suffocated if I had to suppress my masculinity instead of my femininity. That would be the true test to seen if I'm really trans or just a special snowflake.

... I'm just making it too complicated. If I had to chose between the binary of male or female, I'd choose female. The only conflict I might have is if there was a third option: natural perfect trap.

I guess this makes me more trans than not. I like feminine beauty in myself and others... but I prefer to be the receptive partner, and wish to have someone who could take care of me.

...but I want children, so yes, being a trap is the best I can hope for.

Unless a Goddess descends to save me.
I've been waiting a long time, so I'm not counting on it.

/end broken record.

I'm sure there must be at least a few out there with similar struggles, and the opposite of a supportive family/environment.

I owe you a response since I share some of your feelings, and I wish I were in the position to help people like yourself. If I could I would give all people the chance to live in the Tokyo area doing nothing but reading manga, exploring, experiencing culture, and thinking about life for a year. If I am too old and it is too late for me to obtain lasting bliss, then I wish instead for others like me to have the opportunities to have the freedom which I long for. And if escapism is the only way that some people will be free from time to time, then I'll do what I can to make or distribute tg fantasies.

But I hate my country more than I hate my body. Though I won't get the pleasures of being a girl, when I was in Japan I discovered that I liked the outdoors, and being a tall gaijin guy meant that the scarier Japanese would leave me alone and not ask many questions when I walked around by myself at night all by myself. I wouldn't mind dying a neckbeard if I could just live in Japan for the rest of my life, exploring the outdoors and seeing everything I can with the sense of security only men can appreciate.

Your Name is touches many people because it is so easy to relate to on different levels for many different people. For me, I had to blink back the tears in the theatre, not so much because of the tg themes or the romance, but because it was a visceral reminder of how much I love Japan and miss the scenery there.

I have been desperate to get away from my country my whole life, and when I graduated from my university, I went backpacking and soul searching in Japan for a long while, and I saw several photogenic villages that looked a lot like Itomori. When I came home from the theater images flashed in my memory of what I had seen in real life and I ended up crying because I can't experience more of that right now.

I camped behind shrines in small towns, I camped on hills overlooking Enoshima; I hitchhiked through far away from the tourist areas; while in the metropolitan areas I slept in Akihabara, and at train stations in Tokyo because I wanted to see more of the world as it really is. I stood in a blizzard of sakura petals, and in a sea of umbrellas with puddles reflecting the neon lights like in a scene from Blade Runner. I saw islands like in Barakamon, I saw lots of the coastline while cycling over and through mountains, I took trains everywhere I could too. I took mental snapshots of quaint, old, and mysterious objects everywhere, and of all the faces and fashions that were alien to my homeland. I paid special attention to the well-dressed and dolled-up cute girls and their schoolgirl uniforms, and to the cute maids who called me Oniisama, and to the cute kids with smiles that can melt your heart as you share their happiness at a glance. Most people that I met were very friendly and helpful to me, especially in the small towns, and I was never bored when I was in Japan. If I got bored I would pull out a Japanese dictionary and try to learn some kanji from what was around me.

I blinked back tears when I saw the Tokyo time-lapse scene, because I felt so stuck in my backward locale. There are few engaging intellectual conversations to be had here. People here want to make more money and own more things. They have no noble purpose, they just want more money so they can buy more things for themselves and their family. The rest of the world can rot and they won't lift a finger to help even if it wouldn't cost them anything. They also are not trying to solve any enigmas, or reading many good books, for they care not for broadening their minds. They don't appreciate life much because they seek not to experience more art or beautiful scenery, with an acute awareness of the passage of time. At 15 minutes in when Mitsuha screamed that she hates her hometown and wants out, that could have been my voice.

> At every turn they/their religion, has cucked me
I hate religion too, and I have sworn eternal hostility against every form of tyranny over the mind of man until the day I die. I brought a religious relative with me to see Your Name, because I thought it might help show her the problems with her faith in the long run:

(On that note, I'll entertain talking to anyone who has a religion, and who is willing and patient enough to try and convert me to their religion. I have no religion. If you're a Christian or theist reading this then don't be a wimp and run away from preaching the gospel to people who don't know it. I have heard that Jesus said you have a responsibility to try and save my soul from burning in hell for eternity. I have an open mind and will admit I'm wrong and convert if you can make your case well. I only ask that you enter that debate with the willingness to admit you are wrong if I can show you do not have the evidence that you may think you do.)

I am considering what I can do to encourage the catalog to become a little more organized going forward. One thing I am considering doing is trying to separate the purely Japanese content from the English translations, since people who can read Japanese tend to read newer content and are less interested in hearing all the chatter about manga from two years ago just because a chapter was translated. I wouldn't bother to move things, but I think having a few organized threads would naturally encourage individuals to share raws over time.

It could also be a good idea to eventually make a general thread for talking about new TSF releases (assuming anyone can be assed to maintain it.) I had talked about making a kind of English TG wiki that would enable talking about news, but realistically I don't think it would be maintained. I'm not presently that interested in browsing EM003, twitter and Pixiv, and then becoming a human robot that reports in English the times and contents of most of the various upcoming manga. (But there should definitely be a thread like that.)

As for sharing manga raws, I think we might be better off to create at least 3 threads: (pixiv, hentai, non-h manga,) to cover the 3 kinds of content that don't generally appear outside of their respective websites.

Originally I thought it would be better to have the usual e-hentai derived division of content by gender bender, body swaps, possession, and skinsuits, but since no one from the later two fetishes comes to this board to post content (and they're less popular and I am somewhat glad as I don't like them as much either anyway), I think it might be more pragmatic to encourage separating by medium rather than fetish. Does anyone have any thoughts on this?

I still think the loli, succubus, female pov, mahou shoujo, and novel threads were good ideas though. One of the nice things about having a slower board is we can maintain all of those topics.

anonymous 01/12/2018 (Fri) 12:59:51 [Preview] No.1048 del
Just to be clear, I'm not planning on moving any existing posts, I'm just considering whether making new general threads to consolidate raws would be an improvement. I'm talking about manga raws, not pixiv, and there could still be fetish threads.

I could use stickies too, but I don't like them so I'd rather avoid it. If we ever make a news thread I think it would be the best candidate for a sticky, and perhaps the meta thread.

I don't think it's propaganda or liberal cancer to observe that Japanese porn authors REALLY fucking love rape, and that gender bender hentai is chock full of it.
It's okay to enjoy a piece of fiction or porn while acknowledging that it's fucked up and obviously not something you should ever emulate in real life.
You're allowed to like things that have flaws. People pointing out flaws in the things you like does not mean they are personally attacking you, and it does not mean you have to stop liking those things.

>You're allowed to like things that have flaws.
Is this kind of material a flaw? I don't think the authors who write it are unaware that the vast majority of people believe rape is wrong. They very likely believe the same, and their readers do as well. Regarding such works as morally flawed misses the intention as not being moral but erotic.

Pornography may also be flawed in the sense that many regard it as artistically flawed for various reasons, but, from the perspective of its erotic purpose, it wouldn't be considered flawed if readers enjoyed it erotically.

Even outside of pornography, too many people seem to want stories that regurgitate their own morality to them, regardless of any purpose the author may have in not doing so. The earlier (Marxist) cultural critics were interesting and had a non-moral interest in trying to uncover deeply concealed ideology within a text or art object, yet "cultural critique" has lately been used as a cover for liberal moral critique, with the assumption that we do or should all believe in such-and-such "progressive" moral system and discipline all fictional works that fall outside of acceptability. The critique is less analytical than inquisitorial.

One could call this "liberal cancer," but, overall (not speaking of pornography and low art alone), it's indicative of the return of moralism to artistic critique, a view that had until recently been regarded as philistine even among liberal critics. Cultural critique is important, I think, but moral critique is a repetition of the current repetitiousness, critique which proceeds no further than the critic's nose.

>the return of moralism to artistic critique, a view that had until recently been regarded as philistine even among liberal critics
That's especially under liberal critics. Conservatives have a continuous tradition of moral criticism, and the objective criticism was a contemporary project within marxism and the rest of enligthenment movement that has now passed back into romantic moralism by both stratas.

>I don't think it's propaganda or liberal cancer to observe that Japanese porn authors REALLY fucking love rape, and that gender bender hentai is chock full of it.
It's material to fetishism to extract conceits from the id into the observable. Basically i'm making the argument for victimless release in a safe environment, though that's such a massive oversimplification. And I'm not saying this to appear sophisticated, it's a response to the fact that "those rape fantasies sure must indicate something, wink wink, nudge nudge" is already pretentiously reading things into it that aren't true.

Fetishism is a rabbit hole that has its problems, but like you said the one liberal cancer is making is not one of them. Even though the solution is not as simple as just quarantineing your id into an unresolved fetish and indulging on it.
>People pointing out flaws in the things you like does not mean they are personally attacking you
They're missing the flaws, to the effect of aiming an accusation to my direction. That has every characteristic of a witch hunt, even if they only do it because they're inept at doing something else.

I'm gonna start using "liberal cancer" only now in my life because I realized how fortuitously accurate it is. It is to enlightenment what cancer is to cell division, an emulated, harmfully thoughtless facsimile of an intended purpose going completely haywire.

Copied from 4ch. If you look at non-H manga with genderbending as a whole, then most of them don't have the MC show interest in men. The overwhelming majority of TG manga where the MC can switch sexes have the MC remain attracted solely to women and those are in the majority. Even the series where the MC becomes a girl permanently, there are a lot of titles where the MC never shows interest in men. Here are a couple of lists with titles I know:

Show interest in boys: Ame Nochi Hare, Artificial Maiden, BlazBlue Remix Heart, BlazBlue Variable Heart, Boku Girl, Boku No Shotaiken, Boy Alice in Wonderland, Boy Meets Girl Girl Meets Boy, Fukigen Cinderella, Idol Pretender, Kakumei no Hi, Kanojo ni Naru Hi, Kanojo ni Naru Hi Another, Mao Marimo, Megu Milk, Nozomu Nozomi, Nyotai-ka

No interest in boys: Adolescence Avatar, Asuka Hybrid, Back Street Girls, Balance Policy, Blue Drop, Conveni-N, Entrans!, Futaba-kun Change, Gacha Gacha Secret, Grant My Wish Aizen, Guild no Cheat na Uketsukejou, Haikyo Circle, Ichinensei ni Nacchattara, Kampfer, Kashimashi ~Girl Meets Girl~, Kenja no Deshi wo Nanoru Kenja, Magical Change, Mahou Shounen Majorian, Mahou Zakkaten Vi Via, My Childhood Friend Turned into a Girl, My Father is a Loli, Naisho no Otome Revolver, Night Witch Variable Witch, Okitsune-sama de Chu, Ore to Hero, Ore Twin-Tail ni Narimasu, Otome no Iroha, Panikuru Iko-san, Ranma, Sai Taker Futari no Artemis, Saikyou mahou shoujo Akira, Seijou Kouchakan no Jijou, Sekainohate de Aimashou, Shonen Linda, Succubus ni Tensei shita node Milk, Tayutama - Kiss on My Deity, Tensei Kyuuketsuki-san wa Ohirune ga Shitai, Tomodachi Kara Yoroshiku Desu, Tsukiyo no Fromage, Unbalance School Life, Vampire Doll.

In addition to >>7868605 # there are a few other Isekai manga where the male character ends up as a girl: Succubus ni Tensei shita node Milk and Guild no Cheat na Uketsukejou.
