in all seriousness if something like this passed i'd be visiting my local computer stores with a baseball bat (to be used on computers, not people, of course, which dont have rights (yet))^W^W^W^W^^W nevermind i thought it was saying everyone would have to run this software, as opposed to it coming preinstalled.
