nntpchan does do that architecture too.
there is a segment of the network that is off in it's own island, we pull posts from them but they don't back.

Yes DIBOARD architecture are similar. But diboard was created becouse of bad code and lack of important architure solution for pull and push messages.
DIBOARD much more thoughtful than nntpchan.
>>we pull posts from them but they don't back.
DIBOARD and NNTPCHAN are open for passive reading with XOVER and ARTICLE command. For PULL AND PUSH in both directions you must exchange public keys and confirm connection.

Without meaning to be offensive, may I ask what your native language is? I feel like there is a barrier/limit to your explanation which makes it difficult to understand the intention and design choice of your project.
Perhaps if you post a description in your native language and we can better interpret you.

What is not clear?
Threre is NNTP protocol. Many years ago it was Usenet. Now it is ImageBoard. NNTPCHAN soft first.
And not DIBOARD perfect designed for accpet large files with minimal system requrements. Security, quality of code and anonymity.

DIBOARD and NNTPCHAN both use NNTP protocol and fully compatible.
NNTPCHAN use decentralized moderation.
DIBOARD use trust groups and captcha protection.
