Go to the gym 4 times a week max. I lik drinking calories too. Find something you lik containing filthy amounts of calories, proteins and carbs and eat/drink it until the very thought of it disgusts you. Then eat/drink some more of it. Aim for 140g of protein a day (doesn't matter if it's more, you'll shit out the rest) and 5000-5500 calories. That's going to be very hard for a while and will come down to eating and drinking as much as possible (not alcohol though, it fucks up everything), so just try to go for as many carbs, as many proteins and as many calories as possible. If you have trouble, don't worry, you'll get hungry as you go to the gym. Go for high intensity, short training sessions, so you don't lose too many calories in the gym.
