Yeah it's totally about corruption. It's nothing to do with eliminating opposition.

Bernd 11/08/2017 (Wed) 17:07:39 [Preview] No. 11784 del
Yeah... reminds me of how in China Xí Jìnpíng had to get rid of Bó Xīlái before the party congress in 2012. It was simple; just expose the corruption (as if any of the Party Crown Princes wasn't/isn't deeply corrupt); but Bó Xīlái threatened Xí Jìnpíng's succession, so he had to be removed.

It would seem all this shit going down in Saudi Arabia is just God Emperor Donald's retribution!
Let's not forget, al-Waleed bin Talal, the Saudi prince who famously tweeted that Donald is "a disgrace not only to the GOP but to all America" in December 2015, at start of election race, to which Trump reacted that he will not be able to control US with Saudi oil money when he gets elected. Today? He's under arrest for corruption.

Left-right dichotomy and the final explanation on how anglomericans are wrong about everything Bernd 11/03/2017 (Fri) 08:47:24 [Preview] No. 11661 [Reply] [Last 50 Posts]
I'm opening with my inconclusive piece in an attempt to make my point clear, but it's not the best text there is and some error may come up in terminology.

The American ideological right is there to ask the question "you're not seriously suggesting a government could ACTUALLY enforce the will of the people?" of both socialists and communists, because they count any government as a tyranny and any government that isn't adversarial to its people as an unaccountable tyranny. So their position becomes to co-opt a hateful government and minimize its effects, while they hand off power to private businesses who get to make autocratic decisions on behalf of their employees on a take-it-or-leave-it basis but that's white-washed as perfectly accountable. It's no different than supporting an infinite amount of micronations that all function like socialist dystopias, but politically the right gets to wash its hands and think it doesn't concern them because it happens in the "private" sector. And what is a government? The one micronation that you HAVE to join with the leftover life you have from your nine-to-five, so that 24/7 is covered. Conversely, the left embraces the authoritarian view of politics because it grants rank leftists their own free pass at saying that the real authoritarians are all in the government, not among the people. All it is is an attempt to end political participation altogether, and that's why we have the "centrists" running around saying "you don't have to choose between [my devil the beelzebub] and [my baphomet the satan]", which currenlty boils down to demonized hitler and stalin. What happens is that the right is on the constant slide towards the bottom of the horseshoe, and both political parties are floating to the top as representatives of entirely authoritarian goals. This happens because right-wing ideologues have a poorly constructed idea about how to legislate their utopian liberalism, it itself stemming from the fact that they don't know or care much about what made the European left-right division at all descriptive and useful, so we get this opinionated landscape of what is "real" right and left based on a mess of short-term policies and long-term end results as malice and incompetence are attributed arbitrarily.

Bernd 11/05/2017 (Sun) 03:58:42 [Preview] No. 11705 del
No it's a false dichotomy here too. There's two parties but they're both useless and suck the Israeli/Saudi lobby dick.

Bernd 11/05/2017 (Sun) 07:48:52 [Preview] No. 11706 del
Actually I think this is beside the point, empty sophistry.
The "left" and the "right" is two containers that can be filled with different substance and they are there as a simplification which makes easier to differentiate between the slices of the political spectrum.
It's just that in the US this spectrum looks like this: right = liberals, left = liberals. Meanwhile in Europe it's more traditional and the countries here have (more or less) real conservatives and (more or less) real socialists.

Bernd 11/05/2017 (Sun) 09:21:51 [Preview] No. 11707 del
I'd say it's a false dichotomy, besides that it is used arbitrarily depending on the main political divide in the country in question, also since it quite straightly implies that any political ideology needs to fit into the left-right paradigm that is already established. This leaves no way for parties to call for any third way, as the voters are cattle and will still claim they fall into the old left-right divide, not to mention that many people that might want to join the party would drag the party towards either what is established as left or right, as they're unable to think politically in any other terms.

Architecture Bernd 08/27/2017 (Sun) 19:41:21 [Preview] No. 9750 [Reply] [Last 50 Posts]
This board requires diversity of threads, so let's talk about architecture.

I'd start with stealing some images from some blog and post them there, because I can. This is photos of Soviet projects of 1920-1960s. Sometimes they look straight from Rome or WH40K, it is sad that they weren't implemented (but some of them are pretty crazy though). Modern architecture is a mistake.

1 - project of House of Soviets in Leningrad, 1936
2 - Pantheon of war partisans, project, Moscow, 1942
3 - Victory column at Manezhnaya square in Moscow, 1947
4 - project of Museum of Patriotic War on Red Square, 1943.

It is interesting that they started to draw war projects when war wasn't over.

Yeah. But what do you expect from a bunch of illiterates? I don't think they could show India on captioned map. They just know they came from there (well some of them know it or heard about it) and they call their stuff Indian so they can sell this shit as part of their nonexistent culture.

Not in the near future I'm afraid. Here apparently 1200 migrants are bigger problem then minimum 300 000 thieves and murderers.

Hungarian Revolution and War of Independence of 1956 Bernd 10/23/2017 (Mon) 07:37:35 [Preview] No. 11397 [Reply] [Last 50 Posts]
National holiday, no work today only for bus drivers and such.
This revolution and war of independence is called "of 1956" because it's the 1956th such happening in the last 500 years.
I might write something later. Why not.

>1st pic
Mátyás Rákosi, the leader of the communist Hungary between 1949 and 1956, Stalinist dictator. The revolution deposed him and co. sadly they didn't hang around they lived their lives in the CCCP happily ever after.
>2nd pic
Communist Hungarian flag.
>3rd pic
Hungarian flag freed of the burden of the communist emblem.
>4th pic
Imre Nagy, leader of the revolutionary Hungary. Communist, in 1953 appointed as a PM by the soviet overlords but shunned later as he started certain processes which led people to believe they could think more freely now. He was even forced out of the Party in '55. He kinda was the only one who had a chance to be accepted by the SU so he came to be the head of the revolution.

Thanks man.
That was a tight year that's for sure. It's funny how those people back then couldn't been broken by all the hardships, the war, the POW camps and gulag. I think they were cornered by the regime so tight and nothing to lose they chose resistance.

Well I would say we will welcome you with open arms when you people flee from the Muslims but I don't think they are too keen to climb your mountains so you're safe. So it will be the Germans and Frenchies.
It's kinda moving to know how sympathetic were the people of the west toward us and sad to know that the governments of these people just baited us to fight so we will serve as a distraction for the Soviet from the action in Suez. I especially blame the US, the eternal Anglo. Never trust them.

The 13 Martyrs of Arad Bernd 10/06/2017 (Fri) 16:27:19 [Preview] No. 10930 [Reply] [Last 50 Posts]
Its 6th October the commemoration day of the 13 Martyrs of Arad. It's not a national holiday but schools for example usually do some form remembrance.
On this day in 1849 twelve general and one colonel of the Hungarian Defense Force was executed as part of the retaliation of the Habsburg Court after the 1848-49 war of independence. On the same day suffered martyrdom at Pest the prime minister of the first responsible government, Count Batthyány Lajos too.

To go on in larger extent what went down during the revolution and the following war would be long and wouldn't really fit for the subject so I'll write little this and little that.

For example in every hundred years we dethroned them at least once. Maybe this century will be different.

My warm weather hobo tips Bernd 10/13/2017 (Fri) 00:43:46 [Preview] No. 11145 [Reply] [Last 50 Posts]
My protips: wear polyester undershirt, undies, longjohns and polyester dress pnts, leather jacket or polyester windbreaker or blazer, get the Summerweight Ozark trail 40 degree bag from Walmart or other similar supermicro bag, and a messenger bag to put that and your laptop in. Get some dress shoes with a walking sole. Get polyacrylic hiking socks. -homeless four years and counting. Thanks America!
Oh yeah and wear a white silk or polyester dress shirt. White cotton gets grimy instantly, silk looks great for months without washing

Also you can maybe try just buying a sleeping bag liner, for warmer months that will fit in your pocket. Switch from tablet to cheap tracphone android.

Another good investment would be a cheap roadbike, then plop 200$ to put tannus airless tires on it.

Bernd 10/13/2017 (Fri) 00:45:17 [Preview] No. 11146 del
Marmot and sea to summit also make good small bags, though I returned a s2s spark because its sooo thin outer layer

A tent body also makes a decent lightweight wrap, or fleece blanket

Bernd 10/13/2017 (Fri) 05:28:07 [Preview] No. 11150 del
That's a lot of polyester. If you squirm enough in those you can just produce the necessary electricity for your laptop.

>months without washing
I think for a hobo it's even more important to be clean. Good hygiene is a must to preserve health on the long run especially if someone wants to keep hoboing. Also it would help with blending in during everyday life and people won't snub their noses as if he has leprosy or something.

Bernd 10/13/2017 (Fri) 10:23:30 [Preview] No. 11151 del
That's why you need that polyester dress shirt that's always dry, to wrap around your half-dried polyester underwear. Polyester dries like shit if there's nothing to draw the moisture, but excellently if there is. You need to get the water off your skin.
