Learning basic biology is a good start before diving into the obscure alt health scene. https://www.youtube.com/user/armandohasudungan/videos
If you're more interested in general nutrition, beware of anti-dotes. Aspirin for example, has an antidote which is baking soda, so don't drink aspirin (or preferably pure acetylsalicylic acid "crystals" without fillers and binders and color which is ironically sold to be used by farm animals despite being of high purity and more suitable for human use) with diluted sodium bicarbonate water or carbonated water with added salt. Sometimes the more natural antidotes are better than the "dotes". There's some nurse cheat sheet infographics floating around online that might help you understand some basics. In the end, memorization and practice has no bearing on understanding the how's and why's, so don't merely accept any info by face value. Suffering, Disease, Diagnosis, Cure. The suffering leads to the disease of which diagnosis identifies the disease before prescribing a cure. Trying to find the diagnosis of cause to the suffering is meaningless, only the disease that came from that suffering is the only thing worth diagnosing for since really there's no cure for suffering, for life is to suffer and to live is to struggle against the suffering. The cure is to alleviate the dis-ease so that you can keep on struggling to live without the dis-ease from suffering to live a life not hindered by suffering without being dead yet already "dead" for the dis-ease of the suffering has no power over you like the dead, without being dead. Interpret that however you like, just don't compare me with Lil Wayne. I can spend so much time talking about health stuff, it's crazy, but OP might not like me tangentially taking over his thread.
I would say that it really is more important to cut off negative influences out of your life than to gain positive influences into your life and OP unfortunately is "stuck". He needs to learn the hard knock life of patience that of which really does suck, but it's not without purpose if he doesn't give up. I'm struggling with patience too. Not sure if OP understands that offensive security is of higher priority than defensive security. Having too much defense without any offense leads one vulnerable. Learn to be assertive, neither aggressive, nor passive, nor both passive-aggressive.
