John Rivello plea bargains for 5 years in prison Anonymous 07/24/2017 (Mon) 21:19:50 Id: f5bc86 [Preview] No. 18166
It seems that (((Kurt Eichenwald))) wasn't satisfied with suing John Rivello for $75,000. So he made sure his Jewdicial buddies put the screws to him as well.
>https://twitter.com/KyleBristow/status/884989639190335488 (pic related)
I just saw a tweet that appears to show an official court document and states that he was facing 99 (10 is the only source I can find) years in prison for the flashing tweet that supposedly caused (((him))) to seize. It seems he will take the plea bargain for 5 years instead of attempting to defend himself.
Lawyer for Defendant is listed as:
Matt Alford
(713) 224-6661

Looking through the court records right now.

Link here: http://courtecom.dallascounty.org/publicaccess/

Type in the case number, f1700215 in the case number box on the left and you can see all the court documents for it.

This guy actually went to jail for this.

He didn't take the plea. Court is in the 11th of next month.

He was offered 5 years. If he didn't take the plea bargain, the DA is pushing for 99 years.

Yeah, they are trying to scare him. Clearly that isn't working out.

Good, their plea was bullshit. He should defend himself, it would have been stupid to fall for the plea trick.

Ok, here are the two subpoenas from last month, 8/17/2017

One is for Custodian of Records at AT&T, Dallas office.
The other is for Custodian of Records for
Dr. Venkatesh Nagaraddi
7777 Forest Ln #C650
Dallas, TX 75230

No clue who the fuck that is. Rivello's Dr? Where is Echinwald? Is he in Dallas too?

Matt Alford is Rivello's attorney, if anyone want to look him up, has a Houston phone number
713-224-6666

Ok, there's a subpoena application for Rivello 's VA medical records.

Ok, Dr Poo-in-the-loo is Echinwald's Dr.
Echinwald might have some mild ass fucking epilepsy, but it's not severe. He sued his university because they dropped him from a class for being late multiple times or some shit and suddenly he was epileptic.

ok, his lawyer is from Houston, so that's some $$$$ spent. They charge out the asshole to travel to other cities. Lawyers are like $400-$500 and hour for a decent one, and they count travel time into that equation.

John Rivello isn't even from Texas? He gave a Maryland address in his bond paperwork.

If you want to give him a call, see if he's doing ok, here's his number: 443-235-9702

his bond was set at $100,000 - that's fucking outrageous.

Federal charge dropped against man accused of sending tweet that set off journalist’s seizure

November 27, 2017

Tom Steele

Dallas Morning News

Posted with permission from Tribune Content Agency

>DALLAS — Federal prosecutors have dismissed their case against a Maryland man accused of sending a seizure-inducing tweet to Dallas-based journalist Kurt Eichenwald last year. A judge granted the U.S. attorney's motion to drop a cyberstalking charge against John Rayne Rivello on Nov. 21. The charge was dismissed without prejudice, meaning that prosecutors can choose to refile it in the future.

>Rivello, 30, still faces one count of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon in Dallas County. That charge carries a hate crime enhancement.

Eichenwald also has sued Rivello for monetary damages.

>In a statement, Rivello's attorney David Gerger said his client, a Marine veteran who suffers from PTSD, "is thrilled that the DOJ dismissed this exaggerated case." Eichenwald, a senior writer at Newsweek and a contributing editor for Vanity Fair, said last December that someone had tweeted a flashing image at him that induced an eight-minute epileptic seizure. The image read: "You deserve a seizure for your post."

>The tweet — from an account named @jew(underscore)goldstein — came shortly after a segment on Tucker Carlson's Fox News show where Eichenwald and Carlson had argued with each other about their political biases and journalistic missteps. Eichenwald's wife found him during the seizure and called 911. She also photographed the tweet and replied to it, saying that she had reported it to the authorities. "This is his wife, you caused a seizure. I have your information and have called the police to report the assault," she wrote.

>Authorities found a number of direct messages on the account that made reference to Eichenwald, according to a criminal complaint against Rivello. "I hope this sends him into a seizure" and "let's see if he dies," two read.

>Another said Eichenwald "deserves to have his liver pecked out by a pack of emus."

>The iCloud account included other files related to Eichenwald, authorities said. Rivello was arrested at his home in March.

>The Dallas County indictment says Rivello used a deadly weapon — the animated image — to assault Eichenwald. A hate crime enhancement was added because of Rivello's "bias or prejudice against a group identified by race, ancestry, or religion, namely: persons of Jewish faith or descent." At the time, Eichenwald's attorney Steven Liberman compared the incident to someone sending anthrax or a bomb in the mail.

>Eichenwald reported that dozens of copycats sent flashing images to him in the aftermath of the incident, adding that he'd passed them along to authorities.

You can't read that article and keep a straight face, it reads like a parody. I can't wait until this gets brought before the jury, if it's any kind of non-rigged jury he's getting pardoned of all charges, 'specially since he's a marine vet suffering from PTSD.

Stupid is as stupid does, anon, and this is the same guy that was "researching" tentacle porn in some open browser tab in a screenshot.
>hate crime
No, that's death by emu. Can't convict a guy if someone dies to emu death, that's on the emus.
>criminal intent

Hmmm. Maybe. Again, if I walked through a shooting range and got shot, I wouldn't scream "criminal act!" But, he's a jew, and this is what they do.
