Some software engineer at Google circulated a 10 page memo calling out this ideological hegemony that prevails at Google, where anyone with a wrongthink opinion is quickly silenced. It's so prevalent that people with right wing, or simply outside the box opinions are afraid to speak out against bad ideas because it goes against the dogma of diversity. You know, the reason there aren't more women and niggers in STEM fields is because they're full of racist, misogynist, neo-nazis who are gatekeeping, and has nothing to do with differences in biology and psychology.
Gizmado obtained a copy of the memo, but has decided to publish it while omitting graphs and relevant links to sources: https://archive.is/gU3fl
Danielle Brown, Vice President for Diversity, Integrity and Governance at Google, issued a statement that read, in part: >Many of you have read an internal document shared by someone in our engineering organization, expressing views on the natural abilities and characteristics of different genders, as well as whether one can speak freely of these things at Google. And like many of you, I found that it advanced incorrect assumptions about gender. I'm not going to link to it here as it's not a viewpoint that I or this company endorses, promotes or encourages.
